Our Story
Why families choose One on One Care
At One on One Care, you won't find a corporate franchise logo — you'll find a local family continuing a legacy of compassion and service. Since 1998, we've proudly supported seniors across Central and Northern Virginia with the same mission that inspired our founder, Charles Murray: to help people live safely, comfortably, and independently in the place they love most — home.
Because we're local and family-owned, we offer something national franchises simply can't match: personal attention, long-term commitment, and care that's driven by community, not corporate policy. We live here, we care here, and we'll always be here when your family needs us.
