Stacie, the staffing coordinator, always contacts us in advance of any scheduling issues, which we deeply appreciate, and she is very prompt in responding to any of our needs. In addition, the companion aide providers have been reliable, professional and pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend its services to others!
